SIXT in Pullach near Munich is seeking a Director Fleet Intelligence & AI to lead analytics for a fleet of 200,000 vehicles and drive data-driven decisions in vehicle purchases and sales. You will own high-impact initiatives, balance sophistication with speed, and collaborate with Demand Management and Operations to produce measurable outcomes.

You bring advanced Python/SQL skills and a background in statistics or optimization, plus strong leadership and English fluency (German a plus).

• Experience in mobility, logistics, or similar complex environments is preferred.

Equipped with advanced technology and full access to business experts and management, your contributions will directly support key stakeholders in Vehicle Purchase and Vehicle Sales. This senior individual contributor position offers end-to-end ownership of critical topics with strong functional leadership across stakeholders, based at our headquarters in Pullach close to Munich. • You lead high-impact initiatives byidentifyingand prioritizing fleet optimization topics with the highest business value
• You take end-to-end ownership from problem framing through implementation to measurable business outcomes
