Clio is seeking a seasoned leader to head global executive search for Senior Director, VP, and SVP+ roles across all regions. You will own end-to-end delivery, guiding confidential searches and advising C-suite executives.

You will build and lead a high-performing Executive Search team, design an actionable playbook, and implement standardized assessment, governance, and reporting practices to improve diversity and long-term success.
