Job summary

EPAM Advisory in Germany is seeking a Director who will own senior client relationships with leading retailers and consumer goods companies. You will lead complex engagements across omnichannel commerce, AI and data strategy, and ERP modernization, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.

You will shape proposals, grow the business, and build EPAM’s market reputation in Germany. You will mentor consultants, strengthen leadership pipelines, and contribute to practice development

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive experience in management consulting or technology advisory.
• Significant focus on retail, grocery, fashion, e-commerce or consumer goods.
• Experience in AI-enabled transformation in retail or consumer goods, incl. GenAI.
• Proven ownership of senior client relationships at CTO/CDO/CMO/COO level and pipeline responsibility.
• Deep understanding of retail value chain from product to omnichannel and revenue management.
• Fluent German and English for executive engagements in German.
