You will help leading retail and consumer goods companies unlock business value through advanced data and analytics solutions, collaborating with senior stakeholders to define data strategies and design analytics architectures. You will guide implementation of transformational solutions aligned with strategic objectives, shape strategies, foster senior client relationships,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Data & Analytics consulting with hands-on delivery.
• Strong Retail/CPG industry background with data-driven transformation.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships in a consulting environment.
• Ability to connect business challenges with data-driven insights and translate into actionable solutions.
• Exposure to Databricks and Snowflake platforms.
• Understanding of modern data architectures and governance frameworks.
• Confident in facilitating workshops and advising executives.
• Fluent in German and English; excellent communication skills.
• Certifications in data or cloud platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver Data & Analytics strategies enabling large-scale digital transformation for Retail/CPG clients.
• Cultivate relationships with senior client stakeholders as a trusted data advisor.
• Lead workshops, client presentations and influence executive decisions.
• Contribute to EPAM’s Data & Analytics GTM strategy and service offerings.

We're looking for a Data Analytics Consultant – Retail & CPG (m/f/d) to join our team in the Rhein/Main area, Germany, in a hybrid working mode.In this role, you will help leading retail and consumer goods companies unlock business value through advanced Data & Analytics solutions. You will work with senior stakeholders to define data strategies, design state-of-the-art analytics architectures and lead the implementation of transformational solutions that align with key strategic objectives.
