Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned copywriter to craft pattern-interrupting headlines for DTC ads. You will create multiple variations on a single angle, grounded in real customer language from reviews and competitor ads.

Collaborate with the in-house team to turn research into briefs on angles, headlines, and visual direction, while analyzing performance and driving creative forecasts. You will apply AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate research, persona development, and workflow.

Qualifikationen

• Proven direct response copywriting experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Experience with long-form VSLs, sales emails, pages, scripts, or static copy.
• Understanding avatars, awareness levels, audience sophistication, and conversion-focused copy.
• Repeatable end-to-end research methodology using real customer language, reviews, and competitor ads.
• Ability to write clear, scroll-stopping copy with multiple distinct variations on one angle.
• Ability to articulate why an angle will work before testing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Portfolio or work samples showing strong copy and research-driven thinking.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience building personas, messaging strategies, or creative briefs is a plus.
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager performance analysis and accountability to acquisition KPIs is a plus.
