Job summary

Tintschl AG is seeking a senior digital project leader to drive transformation initiatives for Siemens Energy across Procurement, Logistics and Digital Operations. You will translate business needs into structured roadmaps and manage complex programs with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include several years of experience in digital PM, SAP & analytics, and PM certifications. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of digital project management experience.
• Experience in Procurement, Logistics, or EPC project environments.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
• Business-fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects within Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations from initiation through implementation and value realization.
• Support deployment and improvement of the Digital Operations Operating Model, including governance, demand management, and value tracking.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Digital Operations, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans, prioritized use cases, and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive demand intake, business case development, and prioritization of digital initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and collaboration across Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations.
• Establish project governance structures and provide transparent reporting to management.
• Ensure alignment of local digital initiatives with global standards and enterprise architecture.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions through change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success and value realization.
• Harmonize processes, tools, and data models across EPC functions.

Your Profile

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in digital project management, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Procurement, Project Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or EPC project execution environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, and change management.
• Experience managing digital initiatives involving SAP, data analytics, workflow automation, or enterprise digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational business requirements into structured digital projects and scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within digital operating models, product-oriented organizations, or digital transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar) are considered an advantage.
• Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
