Job summary

Tintschl Technik GmbH seeks a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives across Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations for Siemens Energy. You will drive end-to-end delivery from initiation to value realization and coordinate with IT, business, and external partners.

Ideal candidates have several years in digital project management, strong stakeholder management, and experience with SAP and enterprise platforms, plus English proficiency; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects within Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations from initiation through implementation and value realization.
• Support deployment and continuous improvement of the Digital Operations Operating Model, incl. governance, demand management, and value tracking.
• Act as primary interface between business stakeholders, Digital Operations, IT, and external partners.
• Translate requirements into structured project plans, prioritized use cases, and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive demand intake, business case development, and prioritization of digital initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across EPC functions.
• Establish governance structures and provide transparent reporting to management.
• Ensure alignment with global standards, digital products, and enterprise architecture.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions through change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and value realization.
• Contribute to harmonization of processes, tools, and data models across EPC functions.

Your Tasts

• Lead digital transformation projects within Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations from initiation through implementation and value realization.
• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Digital Operations Operating Model, including governance, demand management, and value tracking.

Your Profile

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in digital project management, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Procurement, Project Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or EPC project execution environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, and change management.
• Experience managing digital initiatives involving SAP, data analytics, workflow automation, or enterprise digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational business requirements into structured digital projects and scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within digital operating models, product-oriented organizations, or digital transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar) are considered an advantage.
• Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
