Trackforce, a leading security workforce management platform, is seeking a marketing leader in Germany to drive demand and brand visibility. You will orchestrate paid media, email nurture, and analytics to fuel growth.

In this hybrid role, you will manage campaigns, develop audience strategies, optimize landing pages, and report on funnel performance with dashboards. Collaboration across product, sales, and customer success is essential.

Aufgaben

• Manage paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and continuously test messaging, creative, and landing pages.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance against lead and pipeline goals.
• Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journeys in HubSpot.
• Support lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation initiatives across multiple buyer personas.
• Ensure proper campaign tracking and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs including CPL, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI.
• Create recurring performance reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness based on funnel performance.
