digitalnaturals* sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Social Media Manager (m/w/d) zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-M Media-Strategien für Kunden. Sie planen und optimieren Kampagnen über Meta, TikTok, YouTube und LinkedIn und arbeiten eng mit Creators zusammen.

Sie betreuen Communities, analysieren KPIs und präsentieren Ergebnisse. Teamarbeit, Eigeninitiative und Fit zu einer kreativen Agenturfamilie sind willkommen.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen oder Social-Media-Marketing, idealerweise in einer Agentur.
• Sicher im Umgang mit Meta Ads Manager und Erfahrung mit TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads und Analytics-Tools.
• Du kennst Instagram, TikTok, YouTube und LinkedIn und weißt, was organisch funktioniert und wo Budget nötig ist.
• Du hast ein Gespür für Zielgruppen, Inhalte und Timing.
• Du verstehst Community: echte Follower-Interaktion, nicht kosmetische Zahlen.
• Du genießt es, mit Menschen zu sprechen, im Team genauso wie mit Kunden.
• Du wartest nicht darauf, Aufgaben zu bekommen. Du legst los.

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst Social-Media-Strategien für unsere Kunden und setzt diese praktisch um — von Instagram über TikTok bis LinkedIn.
• Du planst, betreibst und optimierst Paid Campaigns auf Meta, TikTok, YouTube und LinkedIn.
• Du baust Redaktionspläne und steuerst Content-Produktion gemeinsam mit unseren Creators.
• Du betreust Communities: antworten, moderieren, zuhören. Echter Austausch, kein Autopilot.
• Du liest KPIs korrekt, baust Reporting auf und wandelst Zahlen in konkrete Optimierungen.
• Du berätst Kunden als Gleichberechtigte und präsentierst Konzepte, Strategien und Ergebnisse.
• Du integrierst KI-Tools fest in Planung, Analyse und Kampagnen-Management.
• Du erkennst Trends, bevor sie peaks und wandelst sie in performante Kampagnen um.

What you'll do

• You develop social media strategies for our clients and put them into practice — from Instagram through TikTok to LinkedIn.
• You plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• You build editorial plans and steer content production together with our creators.
• You manage communities: replying, moderating, listening. Real interaction, not autopilot.
• You read KPIs properly, build reporting and turn numbers into concrete optimisations.
• You advise clients as equals and present concepts, strategies and results.
• You build AI tools firmly into planning, analysis and campaign management.
• You spot trends before they peak and turn them into campaigns that perform.

What you bring

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally in an agency.
• You're confident in Meta Ads Manager and have experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and analytics tools.
• You know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and you know what carries organically and what needs budget.
• You have a feel for audiences, content and timing.
• You understand community: real follower interaction, not cosmetic numbers.
• You enjoy talking to people, in the team as much as with clients.
• You don't wait to be given tasks. You get on with it.
