Qualifications

Design, standardization and further development of storage, backup and data protection platforms Development of target architectures, technology roadmaps, and security and compliance standards Planning and implementation of migrations, consolidations and lifecycle measures Evaluation of new technologies and advising internal teams on storage and backup solutions Development of GitOps, infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions for infrastructure operations based on Ansible, Python, PowerShell and REST APIs Automation of provisioning, backup, restore, replication and compliance processes Ensuring high availability, scalability, disaster recovery and business continuity, including RPO/RTO concepts Optimization of performance and capacity, and definition and implementation of backup, recovery and restoration concepts Support with critical incidents and complex troubleshooting as part of 3rd-level support Participation in the 24/7 on-call rotation

Completed degree or vocational training in computer science or a comparable field Several years of experience in the design, operation and further development of enterprise storage and backup infrastructures In-depth knowledge of NetApp ONTAP, enterprise storage technologies and high-availability solutions (MetroCluster, HA, NearStore, Snapshot, SnapMirror, replication, SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB, iSCSI) Comprehensive expertise in backup, recovery, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery In-depth understanding of modern DevOps, GitOps and infrastructure-as-code concepts, as well as experience with Ansible, Python, PowerShell and REST APIs Good knowledge of relevant security, compliance and governance requirements Independent and proactive approach to work Languages: German (C1), English (at least B2) Будет плюсом: Experience in supplier, license and contract management
