Zusammenfassung

EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and refine sealing solutions for compressors and turbomachinery.

You will lead development projects from concept to market launch, plan and evaluate testing, and contribute to modular product platforms. The role requires a degree in engineering, strong CAD skills, and fluency in German and English, plus willingness for occasional travel to international locations.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Fluid Mechanics or a comparable engineering discipline.
• Experience in the development and design of technical products, ideally in turbomachinery, sealing technology or related industries.
• Proficient in the use of modern 3D CAD systems.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as willingness to undertake occasional international business travel.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the use of modern 3D CAD systems
• Experience in leading technical development projects is desirable
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a high level of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary and international teams
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as willingness to undertake occasional international business travel
