NAXCON GmbH is seeking a Developer for Automated Hardware Testing to join our defence-focused team in Germany. You will develop software for control and automation of test systems, refine hardware circuits and interfaces, and collaborate across hardware, production and QA to ensure reliable validation of electronic assemblies.

The role requires an electrical engineering degree, strong C++ or Python skills, and experience with test interfaces and circuit design.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of C++ or Python and low‑level hardware programming.
• Experience with test automation interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, CAN).
• Familiarity with circuit design and electronics design.
• Experience with requirements management tools (Doors, Jama, Polarion).
• Good written and spoken English and German.

Tasks

• Development of software for the control and automation of test systems

Requirements

• A degree in electrical engineering
• Very good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: C++ Python
• Experience with Low-level hardware programming
• Test automation Interface communication (e.g. UART, SPI, I²C, Ethernet, CAN)
• Knowledge of circuit design and electronics design
• Knowledge of programming test environments and database connections
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Doors, Jama, Polarion, etc.)
• Good written and spoken English
• Good written and spoken German

Salary: EUR 45000 - 55000 per year
