• Several years' professional experience in software development
• Experience of working on large‑scale software projects

• Excellent programming and design skills in an object‑oriented programming language
• Excellent written and spoken English or German
• Experience in developing modular and scalable data fusion frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of C++
• Excellent knowledge of algorithms and methods

• Comprehensive understanding of overall system and software architecture

Technical Focus

• Development of modular and scalable data fusion frameworks
• Processing, synchronisation and fusion of heterogeneous data and sensor sources
• Contributing to real‑time‑capable, distributed system architectures

Technical Skills (must‑haves)

• Experience with multi‑threading and low‑latency systems
• Knowledge of DDS‑based communication
• Very good knowledge of data fusion methodologies (e.g. Kalman filters, synchronisation, probabilistic data fusion, etc.)
