Job summary

PERFORATOR GmbH is seeking a technically skilled engineer to advance drilling tool design and support. You will manage CAD/ERP workflows, contribute to manufacturing process improvements, and collaborate with customers to deliver innovative solutions.

The role emphasizes data management, drawing creation, and cross-functional project work within a manufacturing context in Germany.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification.
• In-depth knowledge in drilling tool design for vertical and/or horizontal drilling (mining, well construction, geotechnics, oil & gas, rotary drilling, auger).
• Experience and understanding of geological contexts from a drilling technology perspective.
• Ideally, experience in special-purpose machine engineering and technical product support.
• Sound knowledge of CAD and ERP systems, ideally Inventor.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• Creativity and ability to innovate in the development of new solutions.

• Change management: Processing of item and bill of material changes in the CAD and ERP system.


• Project management: Leading internal projects within the scope of technical product support. Application of professional project management methods to identify and implement process improvements.
