Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a design engineer to create sheet sets and perform cross-disciplinary design for renewable energy and substation projects. You will apply knowledge of PV systems, BOS components, and inverters to produce accurate drawings.

Collaborating with clients and project managers, you will ensure safety compliance, manage multiple projects, and contribute to engineering documentation under guidance from senior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar applicable work experience.
• 2+ years of design and drafting using AutoCAD.
• 2+ years of solar PV systems or energy storage design.
• Commercial or utility-scale experience is desirable.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar applicable work experience
• 2+ years of experience in design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD.
• 2+ years of solar PV systems or energy storage system design.
• Commercial or utility-scale experience is desirable.
• A passion for multi-disciplinary design, integrating design consideration from civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering disciplines.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be both creative and analytical.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.
