Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead community-scale solar EPC projects from planning through commissioning. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery and contract compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of managing multiple solar projects; PMP and LEED are preferred. On-site collaboration in Germany is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Experience with community‑scale or utility‑scale solar projects preferred.

• Serve as primary contact for project owners and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide proactive communication on progress, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business development to support customer success and opportunities.
• Oversee safety culture and adherence to site safety requirements.

• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams to ensure successful project execution
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams throughout all phases of project delivery
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performing team culture
• Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to project team members
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the organization

• Support a strong safety culture and adherence to all company and site‑specific safety requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years supporting solar energy, renewable energy, or related infrastructure projects
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through commissioning
• Strong understanding of EPC project delivery methods
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (Preferred)
• Master's degree in a related field (Preferred)
• LEED accreditation or other renewable energy certifications (Preferred)
• Experience with community‑scale or utility‑scale solar projects (Preferred)
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving process improvements (Preferred)
• Preferred in PA or Northeastern US State
