What you’ll be doing

• Develop products end-to-end: concept, 3D CAD (NX), and handover to production
• Design thermal, cooling, and ventilation systems using simulation tools
• Guide prototypes through manufacturing transfer and type approval
• Manage product data, changes, and documentation
• Collaborate across disciplines and coordinate work packages

What you bring

• Degree in precision/micro-engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Experience with thermal processes and cooling for electronics
• Knowledge of structural mechanics & basic electrical/EMC principles
• 5+ years’ relevant experience (role not suitable for entry-level)
• Fluent German, basic English
• Hybrid work: up to 60% remote
• Fixed-term until Dec 2027, with a likely extension afterwards
• Competitive salary (€65–80k depending on experience)
