The Role

As Design Manager, you will be the key interface between the project teams, consultants, and clients, ensuring innovative, compliant, and buildable design solutions from concept to handover. You will play a pivotal role in delivering technically complex projects within the data centre and industrial sector, typically valued from €50M to €300M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design development process for assigned projects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate technical requirements.
• Review design documentation for compliance with project brief, regulations, and constructability.
• Monitor design deliverables against programme and report progress.
• Drive value engineering and innovative design solutions without compromising quality or safety.
• Coordinate design risk assessments and interface with BIM & digital design teams.
