Amazon is seeking a Senior Delivery Partner Manager to lead relationships with MEU last-mile partners and drive delivery excellence across our network.

You will analyze performance data, develop plans with measurable goals, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the customer experience. Expect regular travel to partner sites and on-site work at our Germany MEU locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in data analysis and extracting insights to make data-backed business decisions.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in German.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

• Educate accounts on available tools, processes, and resources, and leverage generative artificial intelligence and other technologies to augment productivity and the quality of your insights.
• Collaborate with partner teams to clear blockers, drive timely decisions, and suggest process improvements that strengthen operational excellence across the organization.

Delivery Partner Manager, Account Manager, MEU Delivery Partner Management

Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to make sure deliveries large and small get to where they need to be. As a Senior Delivery Partner Manager, you’ll make sure we have the best relationship possible with our partners. You’ll build connections, help them put processes in place for efficient delivery, and smooth out any issues they experience, all with the aim of creating a partnership that’s successful for many years.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by analyzing performance data and key performance indicators, segmenting and prioritizing accounts, and developing plans with clear, measurable success criteria that align with shared goals.

A day in the life

You’ll be based at one of our sites. Being on site allows you to stay close to every part of the delivery process and means you have visibility of everything to guide our logistics partners. You’ll look after all elements of our partner relationships, from getting the contracts in place to keeping track of performance.

This role requires regular travel (minimum once per week) across your portfolio of delivery stations, primarily by train and rental car, with all travel expenses fully reimbursed.

We belong to the international DSP Team and as Delivery Partner Managers own the relationship with our Delivery Service Providers in MEU (DE/AT/NL). Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
• Experience in data analysis and extracting insights to make data-backed business decisions
• Speak, write, and read fluently in German
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with vendors or partners
• Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in academic or professional settings
