Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and aid decision‑making. Experience with tools such as Excel and Python for data analysis is preferred.
• Work cross‑functionally with teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements. The ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner is essential.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of key trends and growth drivers for the DeFi products. Assist leadership in formulating a launch strategy for each chain.
• Set up and monitor KPIs for Stader Labs on each chain.
• Formulate and execute data‑driven growth strategies to expand product penetration on each chain.
