Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact operational performance. Develop and deliver detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement changes and monitor the impact of these improvements.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to support strategic planning and business development.
• Virtual Team Collaboration: Coordinate with virtual teams to gather data, share insights, and drive collaborative efforts across different departments and locations. Manage virtual meetings and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment on operational goals and strategies. Utilize remote collaboration tools effectively to ensure seamless communication and project management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Identify and implement best practices and industry standards to drive operational excellence. Monitor and track the performance of process improvements and adjust strategies as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track operational success and identify potential issues.
