• Coordinate ecosystem participation strategies across proposals, liquidity pools, and cross-network programs.
• Analyze performance using blockchain analytics tools such as Dune, DeFiLlama, or similar platforms.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain partnerships, business operations, or decentralized finance.
• Track record of executing strategic collaborations in DeFi or institutional blockchain markets.
• Familiar with on-chain data platforms and metrics-based strategy development.
• Comfortable working in remote, autonomous teams and aligning across stakeholder ecosystems.
• Exposure to treasury frameworks, governance systems, or liquidity management tools is preferred.
