Base pay range

Next Job Abroad is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the flourishing iGaming industry located in beautiful Malta. In this position, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, solving issues, and providing guidance to players, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking users via live chat, email, and phone
• Assist players with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical support
• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery
• Stay informed about our gaming products and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers

• Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry
