Job summary

Boeing Distribution Services ISC GmbH in Norderstedt, Germany is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals. You will interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve issues, ensuring on-time deliveries in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work with SAP/Salesforce, manage an international client base, and support after-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in aviation/wholesale.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with after-sales or order resolution in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Aftersales support for consumables for aviation (OEM and MRO).
• Handle international customer base from order receipt to payment.
• Coordinate order processing, deadlines with materials management and shipping.
• Inform customers on order status and coordinate changes.
• Monitor returns and process complaints with QA and Procurement.
• Be primary contact for escalations and resolve issues with stakeholders.

Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) Company: Boeing Distribution Services ISC GmbH Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) for the Norderstedt, Germany facility. In this exciting role, you will coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals by working closely with suppliers, customers and a variety of internal departments. Your responsibilities include tracking orders, managing delivery requirements, and resolving any issues to support smooth and efficient service.

Position Responsibilities

• Aftersales customer support for consumables (i. e. small hardware, electronics, lighting and chemicals) for the aviation industry for both OEM and MRO usage
• Looking after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensuring that the agreed services are fulfilled
• The responsibility for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with materials management and shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries
• Regular communication with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes
• Monitoring returns and processing complaints together with internal teams like Quality Assurance and Procurement
• Being the first point of contact for any escalations or claims made by the customer, making sure to include the appropriate stakeholders and resolving any issue efficiently

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

• Successful completion of a commercial training within logistics, wholesale or another related field
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector
• Prior experience within after sales or order resolution in a customer facing role
• Business fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Proficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools. Particularly SAP and Salesforce
• Proficiency with the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Familiarity with working for an international customer base
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working independently
