• Integrate our kitchen robots into the operational workflows of clients across the DACH region.
• Provide hands‑on training and support for staff in robot operation.
• Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring optimal use after technical commissioning.
• Maintain sustainable customer relationships and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product, sales, service) to refine our solutions.

Qualifications

• Completed culinary or trade training or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in gastronomy or hospitality (service, kitchen, etc.).
• Good understanding of food processes, technical aptitude, & hands‑on mentality.
• Passion for guest orientation and excellent customer service.
• High flexibility and travel readiness across the DACH region.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
