SCHÖLLY FIBEROPTIC GMBH is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to independently manage orders from entry to delivery and support customers and Sales in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with Production, Supply Chain and Logistics while maintaining accurate master data and handling communications in German and English.

The role requires a commercial background, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office with NAV 2015 or BC experience advantageous.

• Completed commercial training (e.g., business administration).
• Professional experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Order Processing in manufacturing.
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented work style with ability to work under pressure and prioritize.

Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You independently process and manage customer orders from order entry through to on-time delivery
• You independently support existing customers regarding their orders and handle both internal and external communication
• You maintain customer master data in our system and actively support the Sales team in preparing quotations
• You coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other departments
• You perform general administrative and commercial tasks as part of the team

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g., business administration) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Order Processing within a manufacturing environment
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to perform well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
• Proficient in using MS Office; experience with Navision 2015 (NAV 2015) and/or Business Central (BC) is an advantage
• Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and ownership, as well as excellent German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2), both written and spoken
