Zusammenfassung

SCHÖLLY FIBEROPTIC GMBH is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to plan, schedule, and manage production orders with attention to capacity, materials, and deadlines. You will monitor bottlenecks, coordinate with Production in Denzlingen and Bulgaria, and ensure on-time delivery through proactive planning and data management.

The ideal candidate has a three-year apprenticeship or equivalent, plus initial planning experience, with strong German and English skills and proficiency in MS Office

Qualifikationen

• Three-year commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials planning.
• Fluency in German (CEFR C1) and English (CEFR B2).

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule, and manage production orders considering capacity, material availability and deadlines.
• Monitor capacity utilization, analyze bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time production through continuous monitoring and adjustment of plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and manage master data and planning data in the ERP system.

Supply Chain Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You plan, schedule, and manage production orders while considering capacity, material availability, and delivery deadlines
• You monitor production capacity utilization, analyze bottlenecks, and implement appropriate corrective actions
• You ensure on-time production through continuous monitoring and adjustment of production plans
• You coordinate closely with related departments, including Production (in Denzlingen and Bulgaria), Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
• You maintain and manage master data and planning data in the ERP system

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk (m/f/d)) or possess a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials planning
• You have German language skills at CEFR level C1 and English language skills at CEFR level B2
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience working with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
• Strong analytical, business-oriented, and process-driven thinking, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, excellent communication skills, and flexibility, complete your profile
