We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist for our Durables/Labels sector within the Pharma, Health & Durables division. This hybrid role can be either based in Montabaur, Germany or Porto, Portugal.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Order entry, processing, and deadline tracking in SAP.
• Tracking purchase orders and invoicing in SAP.
• Responding to customer and sales inquiries regarding order status.
• Communicating with customers regarding estimated delivery dates.
• Maintaining up-to-date shipping data for all customer orders in SAP.
• Processing order changes in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Supporting the entire supply chain in collaboration with representatives and operational interfaces at the various locations.
• Handling country- and region-specific formalities and documentation.
• Recording customer complaints in Salesforce for further processing by Quality Assurance (QA).
• Monitors customer-specific inventory levels for products that are ordered on a recurring basis.
• Prepares weekly inventory reports as needed for customers with existing inventory agreements or practices to ensure compliance with the FIFO principle.
• Monitors and resolves overdue inventory issues.
• Maintains regular communication with Sales regarding customers and projects.
• Assist Sales in providing information on pricing status.
• Support the Shared Service Center in account management.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Knowledge and experience in customer service
• Very good written and spoken German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of country-specific laws and customs formalities is a plus
• SAP knowledge is required
• Good CRM knowledge; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service; awareness of customer needs
• Ability to work in a team; reliability; loyalty
