DialOk is hiring versatile customer service staff for Turku or Kuhmo, Finland. Part-time roles (60-120h/month) with shifts primarily on weekdays, but evenings, nights and weekends may occur. You will assist customers by phone, email, and chat, handling orders and inquiries and performing back-office tasks.
We value a proactive, friendly service mindset and fluency in Finnish and English, with a Swedish bonus. Partial remote work is possible after training; fully remote work is not offered.

You enjoy solving problems, meeting different people, and the feeling when a customer’s issue is resolved at once. You may be the person we’re looking for at DialOk in Turku or Kuhmo. We are now hiring for versatile customer service tasks. Part‑time work is available (60-120h/month).
What will your day look like? At DialOk, no day is exactly the same. We provide multi‑channel customer service to Finnish companies and public sector organisations, so you will work with a variety of customers and situations. You will serve customers by phone, email and chat. Your duties may include, depending on the customer: handling orders and other inquiries, scheduling, advising customers and solving problems, switchboard duties, and various back‑office tasks. The job does not include cold calling. Our measure of success is not how quickly you get the customer off the line, but that their issue is handled professionally, politely and as smoothly as possible. Our goal is a first‑class service experience, regardless of channel.
Where and when will you work? You can work in our offices in Turku or Kuhmo. After you become familiar with the house, tasks and operating model, we also offer a possibility for partial remote work after training. Working hours are mainly weekdays 7–18, but there are shifts in the evenings, night and weekends. From part‑time employees, we hope you can commit to at least two shifts per week.
What kind of person fits well here? You don’t need to be a customer service superhero on day one. The right attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people are more important. We expect: Finnish and English language skills, Swedish is a plus; a positive and service‑minded attitude; ability to keep a cool head in busy times; clear, calm and friendly speaking style; good written skills; competent computer skills; careful and proactive work ethic.
If you enjoy solving problems, learning quickly, and getting energy from successful customer interactions, you’re well on your way.
