Bigbank is seeking a customer-focused professional to introduce bank services by phone and email, consult on loan applications, and guide clients through the loan issuance process. You will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and identify cross-sell opportunities to create client value.

• Introduce bank services and products to clients by phone (no cold calls)
• Consult clients by phone and email on loan applications, approvals and loan agreement signing – manage the entire loan issuance process for the client
• Collaborate with the team to achieve planned sales targets
• Actively identify client needs and suggest additional bank services and products (cross-sell) to create value for client and organization
• Advise clients on everyday banking services
