Zusammenfassung

TOMRA is seeking a Customer Project Manager to empower our decentralized Country CPMs with technical expertise for Engineered-to-Order projects across EMEA. You will drive process improvements, support country teams, and coordinate HQ interfaces to streamline complex initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in technical project management, strong ERP experience, and excellent communication with a customer-first mindset. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management within special machinery, plant construction or the CAPEX equipment sector.
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals, project profitability, and experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a high level of customer focus.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approx. 20-30%).

Job Description
