Job summary

Emploive is seeking an intern to work with real customers from day one, helping AI software get adopted in mid-market distributors. You will support onboarding and pilots from kickoff to go-live, run trainings with customer sales teams, track adoption, and create onboarding guides that feed back into the product.

You’ll work closely with our Customer Experience team and gain hands-on experience in how AI gets adopted in real companies.

Qualifications

• Studying or recently graduated in business, economics, engineering or similar.
• You enjoy working with people and explaining things so they click.
• You're structured, reliable and curious about AI.

Not an internship from the sidelines. You work with real customers from day one and learn how AI software actually gets adopted.

Everyone talks about AI. Few people know how to make it work inside a real company. Our customers are mid-market distributors, many of them using AI software for the first time, and you'll help them get there.

In this role you will:

• Build guides that make onboarding faster, and feed what you learn back into product.

Your qualifications

• You're currently studying or just graduated, in business, economics, engineering or similar.

• Excellent German and English, based in Berlin.
