Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, partnering with over 2,300 employers and health plans. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success leader to own net revenue retention for large employer accounts, driving enrollment and expansion.

You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, and Product to protect revenue, and apply strong analytical and strategic thinking with proactive use of AI tools to optimize outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of account management or customer success in digital health or SaaS.
• Experience with large employer clients (10,000+ employees) and channel partner models.
