Jobtailor in München is seeking a Customer Account Representative to deliver top-notch service via phone, email and fax. You will contact customers to resolve outstanding balances and strive for same-day shipment where possible.

You will provide account information, reconcile records, and collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Finance teams to maintain accurate, timely solutions for our clients.

Qualifikationen

• Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner.
• Fluent English and Italian language skills, written and verbal; German or French language skills beneficial.
