Zusammenfassung

Deutsche Lufthansa AG is seeking a CRM Automation Expert to build, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, app push, WhatsApp and SMS. You will translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with marketing, data, and MarTech teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.

You will manage audiences, segmentation, and personalization using customer data, ensure deliverability and GDPR compliance, and drive innovation with AI and automation.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, tracking, and GDPR.
• Advanced HTML and SQL skills; JavaScript and/or Python are a plus.
• Experience with analytics tools and customer data integrations.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel CRM and customer journeys.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Ability to translate business needs into impactful, personalized CRM solutions.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative way of working.
