Creative Director (Team or Solo)

Advertising agency is looking for an experienced Creative Director (or established CD team) to join their team and work on one of the agency’s biggest clients. This is an opportunity to shape both global campaigns and regional initiatives for a household-name brand with high visibility and reach.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the creative development across integrated campaigns (film, digital, social, experiential).
  • Inspire and guide teams, providing clear direction and feedback to deliver award-worthy ideas.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Account, and Production leads to bring work to life at the highest level.
  • Present confidently to senior clients, championing creative excellence while balancing brand and business needs.
  • Drive consistency and quality across markets while adapting global concepts to regional relevance.

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a network or top independent agency.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and growing creative teams.
  • A portfolio of award-winning, integrated campaigns that demonstrate conceptual strength and craft.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell ideas to C-suite clients.
  • Fluent or near-bilingual German is essential; English proficiency is also required given the international scope.
