Zusammenfassung

home24 SE is seeking a Country Manager for the Netherlands. You will take full ownership of the Dutch market, driving revenue, profitability and cost control, while shaping a local growth plan aligned with our corporate goals.

You will lead a cross-functional team across sales, pricing, inventory and merchandising, identifying market trends and customer needs to expand our local presence. Hybrid work and international exposure await the right leader.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in a similar country-role, preferably in e-commerce/retail/FMCG.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch e-commerce market and local consumer behavior.

• Work closely with central functions such as Marketing, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure seamless operations.

Your Responsibilities

• You take full ownership for home24 in the Netherlands, including revenue, profitability, and cost control, to drive our success in the market
• You develop and execute a local growth strategy that aligns with home24's overall business goals
• You collaborate in a cross-functional country team across sales, pricing, inventory and merchandising
• You identify and capitalize on market trends, opportunities, and customer needs to expand our local presence
• You manage and optimize the local product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to maximize performance
• You work closely with central functions such as Marketing, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure seamless operations

Your Profile

• You completed your studies in E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
• You have several years of experience in a similar role with country responsibility, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sector
• You have a deep understanding of the Dutch e-commerce market, including local consumer behavior and market dynamics
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies
• You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in a matrix organization
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
• You are fluent in Dutch (at least B2 level) and English

  • Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
