Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Country Manager Germany to lead the strategic and operational performance of the business in Germany, driving growth and expanding market share in a highly competitive cybersecurity market.

You will lead the local organization, collaborate with regional and global leadership, and drive collaboration with customers, partners, and stakeholders at C-level to execute the corporate strategy and strengthen Check Point’s German market position.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in IT/cybersecurity with country-level P&L.
• Track record of developing and executing sales strategies and exceeding targets.
• Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and public sector.
• Experience managing matrixed, international organizations.
• Fluency in German and English.

About the Role

As Country Manager Germany, you will hold full responsibility for the strategic and operational performance of Check Point’s business in one of our most important EMEA markets. You will play a critical role in driving growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our position as a leading cybersecurity provider.

You will lead the local organization while partnering closely with regional and global leadership to execute our strategy in a highly competitive market.

Job Description

Business & Strategy Ownership:

• Develop and execute the national sales and growth strategy for Germany
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion
• Own fullCountryresponsibility, including forecasting and budget management
• Lead, inspire, and develop high-performingSales and Channelteams
• Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, andaccurateforecasting
• Ensure disciplined execution against revenue targets and KPIs
• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders at C-level
• Expand strategic partnerships and strengthen the channel ecosystem
• Support key deals and executive engagement in strategic accounts

Market Development & Positioning:

• Identifynew business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Refine and localize go-to-market strategies

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary representative of Check Point in Germany
• Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums

Qualifications

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Proven leadership experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry, ideally in a Country Manager or senior Sales Leadership role
• Strongtrack recordof developing and executing successful sales strategies and consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Deep understanding of the German enterpriseandpublic sectormarket and customer landscape
• Experience managing complex, matrixed, and international organizations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and managing largestrategic accountdeals
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
