The client is establishing its first COO role to support the next stage of growth in an international organization. The company aims to double revenue over the coming three years, and the COO will translate strategy and commercial opportunities into clear priorities. This is a strategic and operational key position with a broad mandate to create structure, alignment, and execution strength across the business.

As COO, you will take operational leadership responsibility for Denmark, Poland, and Estonia, while also playing a central cross-functional role in the wider international organization. You will work closely with local leadership and collaborate with the CRO to establish clear structures and effective ways of working around the agent network. The role requires a cross-business view and the ability to connect commercial understanding with operational decision‑making in a complex global value chain influenced by factors such as commodity prices, freight rates, currencies, trade terms, and geopolitical conditions.

You will act as a close sparring partner to the CEO and help convert business ambitions and commercial opportunities into organizational priorities. Responsibilities will include assessing what growth requires in terms of people, leadership, processes, systems, and capacity; strengthening collaboration across sales, sourcing, logistics, product development, and business support; and improving forecasting, planning, and coordination. The role also emphasizes developing leaders and employees across countries and cultures, enhancing decision‑making through data, digitalization, and AI where applicable, and driving processes and working methods that better align commercial priorities with operational capacity.
