Zusammenfassung

S+P Compliance Services sucht eine/n Chief Operating Officer (COO) zur Ffchrung der operativen Service-Bereitstellung und zur Entwicklung innovativer Compliance-Lf6sungen. Sie steuern Kundenbeziehungen, leiten teamsfcberegreifende Projekte und treiben die Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen voran.

Sie bringen Erfahrung in einer Big-Four-Umgebung oder in regulierten Finanzinstituten mit, besitzen exzellente Ff3hrungskompetenzen und gestalten eine nachhaltige Unternehmensentwicklung

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss in Recht, Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder0ähnlichem
• Berufserfahrung bei einer Big Four oder in einer regulierten Finanzinstitution
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen/ EU-Finanzregulierung (KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
• Starke Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Kundenmanagementf9igkeiten
• Strategische Denkweise und Interesse an RegTech und digitaler Compliance

• Ffchrung und Optimierung der Bereitstellung von Compliance-as-a-Service-Operationen
• Aufsicht fcber regulatorische Monitoring-, Gap- und Impact-Analysen
• Entwicklung/Umsetzung von Implementierungskonzepten ffcr neue regulatorische Anforderungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Beratungs- und Rechtsabteilungen
• Beteiligung an strategischen Entscheidungen

Qualifikation

• Completed university degree (e.g. law, finance, economics or related fields), Bachelor or higher
• Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
• Strong leadership, communication and client management skills
• Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
