Job summary

beyondesign is seeking a proactive e-commerce strategist to lead data-driven redesigns for top brands in Germany and the US. You will develop roadmaps, hypotheses and concepts, and work with design and development teams to implement changes.

You thrive on curiosity, speed over politics, and maintaining composure under pressure. Fluent German and English are mandatory, and you will join a small, high-achievement team that values ownership and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadmaps, hypotheses and concepts for redesigns and tests.
• Base decisions on data analyses you conduct.
• Focus on brands in Germany and the U.S.
• Collaborate with senior designer and developer for implementation.
• Aim for maximum visual (aesthetic) and business uplift for clients.

As a boutique agency we only work with a maximum of 13 active clients.

• You’ll develop roadmaps, hypotheses, ideas, and concepts as part of our redesign and testing team
• based on data analyses you’ve conducted yourself.
• Focusing on your favorite brands from Germany and the U.S.
• This involves both the details and the big picture: new funnels, offers, redesigns and also small tests that we implement.
• You’ll work closely with your team of self-directed senior designer and developer to ensure your strategies are implemented optimally
• To achieve maximum visual (aesthetic) and business (uplift) impact for our clients.
