• Cooperate with product managers and chief designers to complete the overall planning of the control system for complete wind turbine systems, including competitiveness analysis, so as to ensure the comprehensive competitiveness and industry-leading position of the complete systems.
• Lead the control system R&D team to optimize the design of the existing control system, including algorithms and strategies, so as to reduce loads, enhance stability and improve power generation performance.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis on the control problems of operating wind farms, identify the root causes and avoid such problems in subsequent designs.
• Collaborate with departments such as blade design and load calculation to systematically improve the power generation capacity of the blades in operating wind farms.

Job Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in control system development; proficient in control algorithms and strategies with profound insights into the control field; familiar with the related components of complete wind turbine systems such as structure, electrical system and blades.
• Possess the ability to independently develop or lead a team to develop the control system for complete wind turbine systems; have an in-depth understanding of control system design, and be able to reduce the overall load of the complete system while improving the power generation performance of the system.
• Have a thorough grasp of industry information and core competitiveness; possess work experience in complete wind turbine manufacturers in the wind power industry.
