Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development and optimization of wind turbine control software. Familiar with core algorithms and fundamental principles of automatic control, with solid capability to apply theories into practice;
• Assist in drafting, organizing and reviewing technical documents such as technical proposals and requirement specifications, and develop standardized technical output habits;
• Possess basic interdisciplinary knowledge of load and dynamic analysis. Support unit load analysis and optimization tuning from a control perspective;
• Assist in troubleshooting control‑related issues, conduct root cause analysis, support the optimization of wind turbine control strategies, and gain hands‑on experience in on‑site operation and maintenance support;
• Support project technical communication and requirement response, assist in bid and tender technical support, and focus on service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or above in Automation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanics or related fields preferred;
• Proficient in relevant software; strong knowledge of automatic control theory and control system design;
• Hands‑on experience in industrial control system requirement analysis and simulation testing via projects or research topics;
• Good command of technical English: able to read English technical documents and conduct basic technical communication with foreign parties;
• Diligent, highly execution‑oriented with good teamwork skills; able to travel short‑term domestically and internationally to wind farms.
