Ming Yang Smart Energy Group is seeking a highly experienced wind turbine control systems expert to drive the competitiveness of the complete machine control framework for its advanced wind-energy portfolio.

You will collaborate with product managers and chief designers, leading a cross-functional development team to optimize control algorithms, analyze field issues, and contribute to enhanced power generation and system reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years of experience in control system development.
• Independent or team-led development of wind turbine control systems.
• Experience with wind turbine OEMs and knowledge of turbine components.

• Collaborate with product managers and chief designers to complete wind turbine control system planning and competitiveness analysis.
• Lead the control system development team to optimize algorithms and strategies to reduce unit loads and improve power generation.
• Analyze control system problems of operating wind farms, identify root causes, and inform design iterations.
• Cooperate with blade and load teams to systematically improve the power generation capacity of blades for in-operation wind farms.

Jobbeschreibung

1. Collaborate with product managers and chief designers to complete the overall control system planning of wind turbines, including competitiveness analysis, to ensure the overall competitiveness and industry-leading performance of the complete machine.

2. Lead the control system development team to optimize the existing control system algorithms and strategies, so as to reduce unit loads, improve operational stability and enhance power generation performance.

3. Conduct comprehensive analysis on control system problems of operating wind farms, identify root causes, and avoid similar problems in subsequent design iterations.

4. Cooperate with the blade and load teams to systematically improve the power generation capacity of blades for in-operation wind farms.

Job Qualification

1. Over 10 years of experience in control system development with proficient expertise in control algorithms and strategies, and in-depth insights into the control field. Familiar with the structure, electrical system, blades and other associated components of wind turbines.

2. Capable of independently developing or leading a team to develop complete wind turbine control systems, with profound understanding of control system design. Able to realize reduced overall unit load and improved power generation performance simultaneously.

3. Keep abreast of industry dynamics and core competitive advantages, with working experience in wind turbine OEM manufacturers.
