Zusammenfassung

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) seeks a Principal Business Manager to protect ERP’s prime-contract position by managing notices, flowdowns, change control and entitlement analysis across US and German time zones.

Remote/hybrid work with mandatory Germany attendance at milestones; duties include translating requirements into scope, schedule, cost, and reporting; coordinating ERP, government, OEMs and subcontractors; maintaining auditable records and weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifikationen

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated performance on federal, EPC, utility, or complex construction programs.
  • Strong written communication, digital systems, records discipline, and ability to coordinate across U.S. and German time zones.
  • Ability to meet the assigned work-location, Germany work-status, installation-access, and information-handling requirements.

About ERP and the Project

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

Position Summary

Protects ERP’s prime-contract position through disciplined notices, flowdowns, change control, entitlement analysis, and authorized communications.

What You Will Do

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

USACE/RMS-CM experience; PMP/PSP/CPCM or role‑specific credential; OCONUS/Germany experience.

Germany Work Authorization, Location and Access
  • The contract contains no blanket U.S.-citizen-only rule for this LCAT; ERP may not publish a citizenship restriction without documented authority.
  • ERP Legal/HR must validate the exact citizenship/U.S.-person, system/data, Germany status, and installation-access basis before posting or mobilization.
  • Employer/engagement source must match the approved ERP staffing plan, subcontract chain, independence rules and German employment/work‑status requirements.
  • No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work‑front release are complete.
Field, Travel and Employment Conditions
  • Work arrangement: REMOTE/HYBRID - Germany attendance is mandatory at defined milestones; minimum presence: Germany presence for kickoff, negotiations, and major changes.
  • Project‑based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer‑of‑record completion and installation access.
  • Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working‑time controls require.
  • Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385‑1‑1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
