• Assess contract risks and support customer negotiation and tender processes.
• Protect ABB’s commercial interests during project execution.
• Identify contract baselines and conduct risk assessments and risk reviews.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, frame agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Draft and manage legal correspondence with customers and suppliers.
• Support resolution of disputes, claims, litigation, and arbitration.
• Protect ABB’s contractual position throughout the project lifecycle, including change and deviation management.
• Ensure integrity and compliance with the ABB Code of Conduct and contract management standards and tools.
