ABB AG in Germany is seeking a Contract Manager to support the Sales organization of the Marine and Ports division within Process Automation. You will draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, including purchase and work agreements, while identifying risks in tenders and ensuring compliance with German law.

You will work in a hybrid model with some onsite presence required, collaborating closely with the Legal department and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ professional experience in contract law including drafting and review
• Strong knowledge of German civil law (BGB) and obligations
• German and English negotiation-level language skills

• Drafting, negotiating, and concluding individual and framework agreements, esp. purchase and work contracts
• Reviewing and commenting on contracts and identifying risks in tenders
• Support and conduct contract award negotiations and risk reviews
• Managing internal contract database and coordination of signature regulations

• Conducting internal training on contract management
• Collaborating with the Legal department in Germany
