Arthrex in Deutschland sucht eine/n Vertragsmanager/in im EMEA-Raum, der/die bei der Bedarfsanalyse und der Gestaltung sowie Implementierung von Systemen unterstützt. Erstellung länderspezifischer Vorlagen, Überwachung des Vertragslebenszyklus und Signaturen gehören zu den Kernaufgaben.

Sie arbeiten als Schnittstelle zwischen EMEA Commercial Contracts, IT, Vertrieb, Finanzen und Customer Service, um eine hohe Datenqualität in CLM-Systemen sicherzustellen und Risikobewertungen zu unterstützen.

Qualifications

• Fundierte Erfahrung in Buchhaltung oder finanzieller Analyse, idealerweise im Vertragsumfeld.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, besonders Excel; vertraut mit Dynamics, Salesforce und Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Supervisor Contract Management EMEA bei Bedarfsanalyse und Systemdesign/Implementierung.
• Erstellung und Pflege länderspezifischer Vertragsvorlagen; Überwachung des Vertragslebenszyklus, Unterschriften und Nachverfolgung ausgeführter Verträge.
• Schnittstelle zwischen EMEA Commercial Contracts, IT, Vertrieb, Finance und Customer Service bzgl. kommerzieller/nicht kommerzieller Verträge.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial Contracts Team und Customer Service zur Gewährleistung der Datenqualität über CLM-Systeme.
• Unterstützung des Global Legal & Compliance-Teams bei der Etablierung effizienter Vertragsprozesse und Analysen zu Risikobewertungen.

Job description

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Supervisor Contract Management EMEA in assessing the contract needs of the EMEA organization and in designing and implementing systems as required
• Create and maintain country-specific contract templates and monitor contract lifecycle management, signatories, and tracking of executed contracts
• Assist as a liaison between the EMEA Commercial Contracts department, Information Technology, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service regarding commercial and non-commercial contracts
• Collaborate with the Commercial Contracts team and Customer Service to ensure accurate contract data across all CLM systems used within Arthrex EMEA
• Support the Global Legal & Compliance team in establishing efficient contract management processes and provide relevant analyses to support risk assessments and other compliance processes

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; experience in a contract-related environment is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Power BI is preferred
• Ability to clearly define ideas and issues, collect and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions; combined with strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to collect and document data in accordance with procedures and to apply basic mathematical concepts as required for the role
