Job summary

Ruegamer & Steiner in Düsseldorf is building its own marketing function and seeks a fast-paced, highly capable content and growth lead. You’ll own the content strategy from idea to publication, shaping LinkedIn founder branding, Instagram and ads, and the first steps for newsletters, YouTube, and a podcast.

You’ll work directly with the managing directors, develop campaigns that convert clients and attract applicants, and demonstrate your work with samples rather than credentials.

Qualifications

• Excellent copywriting for multiple formats: hooks, posts, scripts, ad copy, newsletters.
• Strong understanding of how B2B online shop owners think and read.
• Ability to plan, produce and edit video and visual content independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing for Ruegamer & Steiner and drive new client acquisition.
• Develop LinkedIn founder branding, plan content, write posts, and coordinate with founders.
• Create content for Instagram and ads; handle concept, copy, video and editing.
• Build new channels: newsletters, YouTube, and a podcast; manage projects from idea to publication.
• Showcase work samples to prove capability beyond certificates.
• Collaborate directly with managing directors with no layers in between.

You build Rügamer & Steiner's own marketing: from the founders' personal branding on LinkedIn to content for Instagram and ads. Your goal: more new clients, more and better applicants, and a brand people recognise.

Location: Düsseldorf | Employment: Full-time · on-site | Salary: €4,000–10,000 per month, including variable pay

Your job

From the first idea to publication.

We support more than 150 online shops. Now we are building our own marketing, and you will lead this area. You put measures in place that bring in new clients.

The founders' personal branding

You develop our founders' personal branding, starting on LinkedIn. You plan the content, write the posts and produce them together with the founders.

Content for Instagram & ads

You produce content for Instagram and our ads, aimed at clients and applicants. Concept, copy, video and editing are in your hands.

Building new channels

You help build our next channels: our own newsletter, YouTube and a podcast. You manage your projects independently, from the first idea to publication.

Actions speak louder than certificates. Whether you have a degree does not matter to us. Show us what you can do with your work samples.

€4,000 to €10,000 per month: a fixed salary plus variable pay. Your results determine your earnings.
