IVAM Microtechnology Network in Erfurt leads the communications for the Microsystems & Photonics unit. The role shapes the brand, drives the Explore35 transformation, and oversees all internal and external communications.

You will develop content strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and international partners to deliver engaging updates and leadership communications.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Experience in corporate communications, marketing, or media projects.

• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint; CMS experience.

Aufgaben

Your Role:

• Strategic development of the business unit’s communication and brand strategy as part of the Explore35 transformation program
• Development and leadership of all internal and external communication initiatives at business unit level
• Planning and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns (web, social media, print, and events) aligned with the company’s MarCom strategy
• Editorial responsibility for business unit communications, project highlights, leadership communications, and transformation updates
• Content Strategy & Storytelling: translating business strategy, technology developments, and market positioning into compelling communication concepts and content
• Collaboration with P&C, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and external agencies
• Advising business unit management on the communication of sensitive topics, change management initiatives, and strategic positioning

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Communication, or a comparable field of study
• Professional experience in corporate communications, marketing, content creation, or media-related projects
• Creativity and a strong sense for target-group-oriented communication
• Excellent skills in creating and preparing content (text, image, video, presentations)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; experience with graphic design and video editing tools as well as Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Structured, independent, and well-organized working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments and international teams
• Ability to prepare and present content in a clear, engaging, and audience-oriented manner
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• High level of initiative, flexibility, and enthusiasm for innovative communication and marketing topics
